Anyone who enjoys fresh coffee at home understands the importance of a quality coffee grinder.

When you brew daily, it is simpler to leave it on the counter, but not every grinder is made the same, with some sticking out as obvious eyesores in an otherwise chic space.

Enter the Fellow Opus 2 Conical Burr Grinder. Shaping up to be one of the best coffee grinders on the market, it is pretty and practical, making a serious statement as part of your home coffee station.

If you want well-designed coffee paraphernalia, Fellow is one of the best options. With high-end, minimal designs, they are easily the go-to option for any modern kitchen. From the Fellow Clara French Press we reviewed (and loved), to the Fellow Stagg Electric Kettle, available at Crate & Barrel, everything is seriously chic.

Building off of the original 40 mm Fellow Opus Coffee Grinder, the Opus 2 transforms its predecessor's boxy, sharp angles into a smoother, more minimalist design while accommodating a wider range of grind settings. The side dial tunes to everything from espresso to pour-over to Aeropress, cold brew, and more.

The new 48 mm burrs promise to generate less heat than other grinders, too, preventing any flavor loss while grinding. And, for easier morning brewing, it comes with a standard catch cup as well as dosing cups for 54 mm and 58 mm portafilters.

The redesign looks seriously chic on any countertop.

Making coffee at home is a notoriously messy process; however, the Opus 2 has been designed with easier clean-up in mind. An internal impeller has been added to clear retained grounds, while a built-in ionizer helps to reduce static, so what you add to the hopper will end up in the cup, and not all over your counter or stuck in the machine.

There is a design to suit every kitchen design, too. The standard edition is available in plain black and plain white; however, the Premium is available in six bold hues with wooden accent tops, matching several of the other Fellow coffee products from the best coffee machines to the best electric kettles, so you can create a cohesive setup no matter your preferred brew type.

While we have not yet had the chance to test the Fellow Opus 2 ourselves, it is certainly on my radar. I can't wait to get my hands on it.
