Le Creuset's Iconic Harvest Collection Is Back – And These Best-Selling Fall Pieces Won't Stay in Stock for Long
The cult-favorite pumpkin pieces are back ahead of schedule
There are few launches as coveted as Le Creuset's annual harvest collection. The fairytale-esque gourd-shaped dishes have become the most sought-after centrepiece for fall tables. For autumn enthusiasts, they are the holy grail.
Although we're still in the height of summer, Le Creuset appears to already be dreaming of cozy fall feasts with the quiet relaunch of their most popular pumpkin pieces, including the endearing Pumpkin Butter Dish.
The launch has historically arrived in September, and we still expect a more robust drop at the turn of the seasons. However, given how quickly these collector's items usually sell out, we don't suggest waiting – they really are some of the best cookware money can buy.

Le Creuset's pumpkin cookware has become a true fan favorite, selling out year after year, with listings disappearing each spring. The current launch offers four of the most popular pieces from years gone by, including the 'new' butter dish (restocked after a seasonal hiatus), large cocotte, mini cocotte, and braiser.
Each piece carries the same heirloom quality as the rest of the Le Creuset line, making it some of the best stoneware and cast-iron cookware on the market. The dishes are oven-safe to 500°F, including the butter dish, which doubles wonderfully as a small baking vessel for cheeses, sides, and desserts. As one of the more affordable pieces in the collection, it is a sweet investment for those shopping on a budget or who already have a quality Dutch oven to rely on for seasonal cooking.
With the current heat dome, it can feel far too early to consider our fall table decor ideas and seasonal menus, but acquiring these pieces is not always smooth sailing at the height of the season. One Reddit user, for instance, reported receiving their Cocotte a few weeks ago after a six-month back order. So, planning and shopping ahead can pay off when it comes to Thanksgiving hosting.
The harvest launch is not the only exciting thing happening at Le Creuset at the moment. They are also running their factory-to-table sale, offering their biggest discounts of the year.
