I can't begin to tell you the number of products I've bought from Wayfair. From small accessories to larger furnishings, Wayfair is my go-to for convenient, affordable, stylish home decor. And judging by the popularity of the retailer, I'm definitely not alone. But that begs the question: do interior designers shop at Wayfair, too?

As a matter of fact, lots of interior designers rely on Wayfair – both for themselves and for their clients. You see, since Wayfair's stock is so vast and appeals to so many different styles, designers are able to find almost anything they need. Plus, the affordable prices and frequent Wayfair sales make it easy for them to stay within budget without sacrificing style.

So, since we know designers do in fact shop at Wayfair, what are the best products they've ever bought? I asked, and they answered.

Tilly Upholstered Bed

Wayfair has a vast selection of beds, but there's one model that interior designer Jennifer Walter always goes back to – the Tilly Upholstered Bed. This bed's structured silhouette and tall headboard deliver an understated elegance that can benefit any bedroom.

'We've featured the Tilly Upholstered Bed in three of our projects – twice in its original color and most recently reimagined with custom upholstery,' Jennifer tells me. 'Its thoughtful design, accessible price point, sturdy construction, and easy assembly make it a go-to piece that effortlessly complements a range of interior styles.'

Tripta Upholstered Armchair

Shearling chairs might come and go in the world of furniture trends, but you can't deny the statement they make in interiors. Wayfair's Tripta Upholstered Armchair is a prime example – its allover sheepskin upholstery draws you in with its shaggy look and keeps you captivated with its undeniably soft finish. And it just so happens to be interior designer Melissa Roberts's favorite pick.

'I love the shape, texture, and organic beauty of this chair and what it adds to a space!' she tells me. Because of its muted cream color, this chair isn't an overpowering furnishing – instead, it's a subtle statement piece that's bound to become a conversation starter.

Aicha Single Coffee Table

The right coffee table should add style to a living room as well as be a practical piece of furniture, just like the Aicha Single Coffee Table – a favorite Wayfair pick from designers Tara Thompson and Adam Cottrell of Blake Fox Interiors.

'The Aicha Single Coffee Table offers a mid-century modern style in a range of colors to fit your space. We recently staged an apartment with this table. The chunky legs and sleek round shape are pleasing to the eye and functional to navigate the space of any room,' the design duo tells me.

At just 40" in diameter and 18" in height, this coffee table is an ideal size for small living rooms, but can also benefit the look of larger spaces as well. Wherever you use it, this mid-century style coffee table is bound to appear sleek and stylish.

Wide Mid-Century Upholstered Solid Wood Accent Chair

Wayfair accent chairs include a wide range of styles, colors, and materials, meaning there's truly something for everyone. However, the Wide Mid-Century Upholstered Solid Wood Accent Chair is another of Tara Thompson and Adam Cottrell's favorite models to use in projects.

'The chair has been a great addition to update some of our older wooden armed styles. It cozies up any space with its warm wood tones,' Tara and Adam tell me. 'We recently staged a lake house with these chairs; the wooden armed styles help bring a balance to any room.'

Available in four different upholstery colors, this chair is highly versatile and can invite a subtle mid-century modern flair to any room in which it's used.

Kodie Upholstered Sleeper Sofa

Sleeper sofas might be practical, but they're not always the most attractive home furnishing. However, the Kodie Upholstered Sleeper Sofa from Wayfair proves that they can actually be both functional and good-looking. That's why it's one of interior designer Christie Fleming's favorite Wayfair buys.

'This sleeper sofa is so comfortable, has a beautiful silhouette and has a wide variety of fabric and leg finish options available. It looks very high-end and you can't beat the price for this piece,' Christie says.

Once extended, it reveals a comfortable queen-sized bed – ideal for overnight guests. Fold it back up, and it's just as stylish as a regular sofa.

An Amber Lewis X Loloi Rug

There's nothing better than finding a rug to ground your space with comfort and style, and Wayfair seems to be one of the best places to find the perfect picks. Interior designer Sarah Kaplan is keen on shopping Wayfair rugs. 'No matter your budget, Wayfair offers a huge selection of rugs, from affordable to high-end,' she tells me. There truly is something for everyone.

Sarah's fond of the many Wayfair rug collaborations, including Amber Lewis's collaboration with Loloi. '[The rugs are] consistently stylish, high quality, and extremely well priced. It’s hard to beat the design and value at this price point,' she says. One of her favorite buys is the Monty Ivory/Beige Area Rug. Its muted color and subtle texture invites the perfect amount of intrigue to a space.

Albaugh Ergonomic Office Chair

Office chairs tend to prioritize function over style, but this model equally includes both. That's why Christie Fleming says it's one of her favorite products from Wayfair.

'This chair not only provides the ergonomic positioning that is so important for the work day, but it looks so luxurious and elevated,' she tells me. 'It is one of the most beautiful and sophisticated ergonomic chairs that I have sourced.'

With a wide seat and a tall back, this office chair ensures comfort. Plus, it comes in a range of different colors to match the existing decor of your home office.

While Wayfair has lots to offer for indoor spaces, the retailer also stocks tons of stylish outdoor decor. Interior designer Julie Kantrowitz highlights Wayfair's outdoor decor as some of the best products she's bought from the site.

'We have specifically found Wayfair to be quite helpful in the outdoor space, offering us value and convenience in a variety of outdoor settings,' Julie tells me. She's bought everything from premium outdoor appliances to high-quality outdoor decor from Wayfair, and values the help from the Wayfair sales team when choosing product.

So much like us, designers also love the variety and affordability of Wayfair. Its vastness is both a blessing and a curse, which is why it helps to go in with some shopping advice as to what you should be looking out for.
