KitchenAid just unveiled a Taylor Swift–coded sparkly orange mixer – plus $150 off the OG Artisan model today
Whether you love or hate the shade, I've got the inside scoop on how to get your hands on the showgirl-themed baking must-have

Last month, Swifties and baking fans went wild when a glittery orange stand mixer appeared on Instagram. The unique shade – dubbed Tangerine Twinkle – was KitchenAid’s playful nod to Taylor Swift’s 'The Life of a Showgirl' album, arriving on October 3rd.
Now the dream is real: the limited-edition sparkly version of the best stand mixer will be available via sweepstakes for just twelve lucky fans, running from September 29 through October 3 at 11:59 pm ET. You can enter here.
If you aren't one of the lucky twelve, KitchenAid is offering $150 off the Artisan® Series 5 Quart Tilt-Head Stand Mixer with Premium Accessory Pack, too.
I’ve tested all the top mixer models and KitchenAid alternatives, and the iconic Artisan still comes out on top. Its tilt-head design, 10-speed settings, and 5-quart capacity effortlessly tackle everything from cupcake batter to homemade loaves. This premium pack comes with a small and large bowl, plus extra accessories for perfect pastry and dough.
KitchenAid’s Instagram has been filled with Swift-coded teasers over the last few weeks – friendship bracelets, chai cookies, sourdough, and disco balls – which have kept fans guessing about the launch.
The orange mixer is a nod to her new album cover and well-documented love of baking: from chai sugar cookies served at her 1989 Secret Sessions, to gifting friends like Selena Gomez and Zoë Kravitz homemade sourdough loaves. Swift herself recently joked that sourdough has taken over her life.

If you’re also a keen baker – or eager to dive into cozy autumnal treats like cinnamon sourdough or holiday cookies – a KitchenAid is a fantastic investment. I was lucky enough to keep the 2024 Evergreen design series after testing, and it has become the heart of my kitchen.
With its sleek, curved design, it’s both retro and timeless – and with additional attachments, you can make shaved ice, chop vegetables, churn ice cream, and more. You can find out more and how it stacks up against the competitors in my guide to the best stand mixers 2025.

My favorite Taylor Swift-inspired baking treats
Tangerine Twinkle isn't the only 'showgirl' in KitchenAid's collection. The brand also offers a 'Scorched Orange' shade and luxurious copper accessories. I found some more cozy baking essentials I think the superstar would love, too.
This deep, subtle orange stand mixer might be more suited to your kitchen aesthetic than the glittery 'Showgirl' launch. I love the sunset hue, but if you want better value for money, I'd go for the limited-time deal bundle above, available in the classic white, red. and black colorways.
The Homes & Gardens Living editors are obsessed with copper details in the kitchen right now. KitchenAid's hammered bowl adds so much warmth and luxury, just like the Magnolia copper kitchen utensils we recently raved about.
Lifting your cakes and cookies out of the oven is definitely the most dramatic part of baking, so why not give it a 'Showgirl' twist with these orange oven mitts? They are only $16 at QVC.
If you want to make Taylor Swift's chai-spiced cookies, or even whip up a warming golden latte to sip alongside baking, you'll need a good chai mix. This freshly-packed, single-origin blend is fantastic.
I've been using this sourdough starter jar after attending a Brod & Taylor baking masterclass, and it has made the whole process a lot easier. I highly recommend it to beginners and experts alike.
Taylor Swift has been experimenting with the cutest colorful bakes, from funfetti sourdough to homemade Pop-Tarts. This sprinkle-filled loaf mix from Williams Sonoma is an easy way to jump on the trend.
Even if you own a mixer already, KitchenAid is making sure nobody misses out on the fun. The brand is also hosting special baking classes over on the KitchenAid Instagram page, so fans can learn tips and tricks inspired by Swift’s favorite recipes.
I've also written about the most creative ways to use your stand mixer, so you can experiment with fun ingredients and experimental recipes, like Taylor Swift herself.
