Leaning toward US brands since the tariff news? Here's our guide to shopping American-made cookware and where to get the best deals
You'll have to be quick to get these under-the-radar deals on favorite brands like Lodge, Field Company and Made In

If you’ve been receiving emails from your favorite cookware brands alerting you to price hikes, you’re not alone. With tariffs beginning to affect the cost of kitchenware made overseas or with imported parts, smart shoppers are looking for good value alternatives, putting the spotlight firmly on American-made cookware.
The Memorial Day sales are an opportune time to shop classic 'Made in the USA' cookware brands and find new favorites – from the best non-toxic cookware to the best bakeware. Mark Longenecker, founder of Lancaster Cast Iron in Pennsylvania, explains, 'For shoppers looking to avoid tariff-related price increases or supply chain disruptions, buying American-made, especially from small, transparent brands, is a smart move.'
I've gathered a guide to beautifully crafted American-made cookware – pieces built to last, from brands we’ve long admired – and found some rare discounts, which are well worth snapping up now.
Your ultimate guide to American-made cookware
John Boos & Co
Founded in Illinois in 1887, John Boos & Co. is the oldest American-made cookware brand on our list – and a trusted name among culinary professionals. Renowned for their high-quality cutting boards and butcher blocks, John Boos & Co crafts each piece from sustainably sourced North American hardwoods, including walnut, cherry, and hard rock maple. The result is beautiful, heirloom-quality boards built to endure years of slicing, dicing, and chopping – whether in a professional kitchen or at home.
Wayfair is offering 38% off this dark wood cutting board from John Boos & Co. It is reversible, meaning one side is smooth and the other has a groove to catch juices when cutting meat.
USA Pan
If you're searching for American-made bakeware, USA Pan is a name you can trust. Proudly manufactured in Pennsylvania for over 60 years, the brand is known for professional-grade quality and durability. The USA Pan range includes bakeware essentials like cake tins, cookie sheets, and trays – all crafted from aluminized steel and finished with Americoat®, which is a nonstick, eco-friendly coating, free from PTFEs and PFOAs.
We found 21% off USA Pan's classic sheet pan, made from commercial grade aluminized steel. This size is ideal for baking cookies, sheet cakes, and roasting vegetables.
Field Company
Field Company was founded by brothers Stephen and Chris Muscarella in honor of their grandmother, who passed down a set of vintage cast iron pans dating back to the 1930s. Inspired by this legacy, the brothers set out to revive the golden age of American-made cookware. 'Our cast iron is made in America from start to finish and poured using green sand castings – just like the celebrated vintage manufacturers Griswold and Wagner,' they say. Their goal is to re-create the lighter, smoother cast iron skillets of the past, and they’ve succeeded. The Field Company Skillet earns top marks in our guides to both the best non-toxic cookware and best cast iron cookware.
I started my cast iron journey with this exact set. It includes a chain mail scrubber, natural cleaning brush, and seasoning balm – so you can take care of your skillet and keep it in top condition for decades to come.
NordicWare
Nordic Ware is a family-owned bakeware brand proudly based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Beloved for aluminum bakeware of all shapes and sizes, the bundt tins are most famous. I reviewed the pumpkin-shaped bundt tin for Thanksgiving, which went viral on TikTok. While some components and materials are sourced internationally, the vast majority of products are made on site in the USA.
It could be a smart time to shop Nordic Ware, which will have been affected by the 25% tariff on aluminum. Any potential price hikes will face a delay, as most retailers (think Wayfair and Walmart) require 60 days’ notice and review. Nordic Ware are absorbing their increased production costs for the time being, so now is the ideal time to try and catch a deal, especially with the holidays ahead. Supporting American-made brands like this not only helps sustain domestic manufacturing, but also ensures you're getting long-lasting, beautifully crafted bakeware at a time when quality and intention matter more than ever.
There's a huge 50% off the Nordic Ware Heritage Bundt Pan on the Amazon storefront. It is the exact one Jennifer Garner uses on her Instagram cooking show.
Lodge
If you’re feeling the pinch of tariffs on classic European cookware, such as Le Creuset, don’t worry – there’s a stateside alternative worth celebrating. Lodge is the only brand with colorful enameled cast iron Dutch ovens made in the USA. With roots dating back to 1896, Lodge operates two foundries in South Pittsburg, Tennessee, where the brand was founded and continues to produce quality, American-made cookware. Best of all, it's significantly more affordable than its European counterparts, without compromising on performance or charm.
Prices on Lodge Dutch ovens have been fluctuating slightly; I've seen Amazon offering discounts of up to 20% in recent days. It’s worth keeping an eye out over the Memorial Day period for additional markdowns. Even at full price, a Lodge Dutch oven under $100 is a fraction of the cost of a $350 Le Creuset.
Made In
While researching this guide, I found that the majority non-stick pans are constructed overseas. That’s what makes Made In’s CeramiClad™ cookware stand out – it’s stamped, coated, and assembled entirely in Wisconsin, USA. The brand explain that they wanted to choose a local factory to ensure strict quality control, ethical labor practices, and sustainability; CeramiClad frying pans are free from PFAS. Plus, a US-based factory allowed the team to make regular visits during early production, ensuring every detail met their standards.
Each CeramiClad Frying Pan is made in Wisconsin, with five layers of stainless steel and a non-toxic ceramic coating. The result is durable, effective, abrasion-resistant and oven safe up to 550F.
All-Clad
All-Clad was founded – and still proudly operates – in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, a small borough near the founder’s hometown. As the birthplace of the American steel and aluminum industry, this region has a deep-rooted history in metalworking and is home to some of the most skilled craftsmen in the world. All-Clad’s fully bonded collections are bonded, engineered, and assembled in the USA – a testament to quality American-made cookware.
This small, professional-quality pan is a 'buy-for-life.' It is made with five alternating layers of stainless steel and conductive aluminum for durability and heat retention. It looks stunning on the stovetop, too.
All things considered, even American-made cookware manufacturers could raise their prices to align with tariff-affected brands in the next few months, so it's definitely worth taking advantage of the deals above now. Our sleep editor, Emilia, has also rounded up the best places to buy American-made mattresses, if you're looking to shop more US-made brands for your home now.
