A good night’s sleep can do wonders for our physical and mental health, but it seems, many of us are just not getting enough of it.
One new bed linen brand, Rise & Fall, is on a mission to help you get the best snooze possible, and have produced bedsheets designed to enhance your sleep: with exceptional quality whilst keeping sustainability at the forefront of everything they do.

New research, conducted by bed and mattress specialists Bed SOS, has found that as much as three-quarters of Brits aren’t getting enough sleep.
The study revealed that 74 per cent of people get less than eight hours of sleep a night, which is the suggested healthy amount for adults.
Worryingly, one in ten (10 per cent) Brits get four or fewer hours of sleep a night, which the NHS warns can potentially make people more susceptible to conditions like diabetes. Sleep deprivation can also lead to weight gain, a weaker immune system and an increased risk of heart disease.
Women are less likely than men to feel satisfied with their sleep (44 per cent vs 51 per cent) and generally feel less refreshed when they wake up on a morning (11 per cent vs 18 per cent).
New luxury sustainable bed linen brand Rise & Fall are keen to help raise awareness on the importance of sleep.
Did you know that sleep is the most single effective thing you can do to reset your brain and body? The Rise & Fall bed sheets pack high thread counts and extra-long staple fibres from Indian cotton, so the yarns are fine, soft and strong. The brand describes them as the 'perfect sheet, at the right price, making for cosy and comfy beds that help create a good night’s sleep for our customer'.
What's more, you can sleep easy knowing the Rise & Fall bed sheets follow sustainability practices and are working to be kind to the planet and improve lives.
Here's how: The largely female workforce (and their families) have access to free education; £3 from every sheet set sale goes to Centrepoint, the youth homelessness charity; the factory runs entirely on wind power; they only use dyes and chemical that are GOTS certified; the manufacturer recycles and reuses 99 per cent of its water; and the only plastic in the packaging is in the postage labels.
There are two beautiful collections: Soft and Smooth, and Crisp and Cool Organic.
The Crisp and Cool collection (400 thread count) is where cosy meets cool, providing a super-breathable light, fresh night's sleep; the Soft and Smooth collection (600 thread count) is pure luxury, designed to provide the most perfect sleep with exceptionally cosy, hotel-worthy bedding.

Rise & Fall’s Christmas promotion this year is an extension of their ongoing support of Centrepoint – the UK’s leading youth homelessness charity. They always donate £3 from every set of sheets they sell. Over their Christmas promotion period (December 3-20), Rise & Fall will be donating all profits made from sales through the promotion to Centrepoint.
