Marble is making a bold comeback, stealing the spotlight in homes that crave drama and texture. Once pushed aside for minimalism, it is now being reinvented in statement tables, sculptural accessories, and surfaces that demand attention.

Decorating with marble is becoming more and more ubiquitous in the most impressive and luxurious interiors, and I've scoured the Soho Home sale, which is offering up to 50 percent off selected designs, including new lines, and found some simply stunning marble pieces.

For many of us, marble countertops are about the extent of marble in our homes. Although there are many beautiful marble kitchen ideas out there, marble really needn't be confined to the kitchen or bathroom.

It might feel a little daunting introducing a dose of marble to sitting rooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms, but at Soho House (the original mecca from which Soho Home was born), there is no such thing as too much marble. We are inclined to agree that marble, in all its glossy and smooth glory, can add soul to a space that might otherwise feel a little timid.

Marble is more than just a material – it’s a statement. As interior designer Sean Symington notes, 'Marble is incredibly versatile and a personal favourite is honed marble that looks worn and genuinely lived in, adding depth, character, and a real sense of time. Used sparingly and paired with warm textures and good lighting, it feels genuinely timeless.'
