Sally Jenner

Freelance writer

Sally started out in journalism on the RHS magazine, The Garden. This experience sparked a lifelong passion for acquiring and sharing gardening knowledge. She then became the Deputy Editor of Amateur Gardening magazine. She has a degree in Horticulture from Writtle College, and loves both the creative and ecological aspects of garden making. She now regularly writes for Homes & Gardens and Easy Gardens. When Sally isn’t writing, she gardens for local clients, and cultivates her own little patch in sunny Bournemouth. She is particularly interested in gardening for wellbeing and ways to transform a garden on a budget. Her other interests include: yoga, sobriety, travel, beach combing, Asian cooking, guinea pigs and her two young sons.
