Not only is fall a busy time of tidying up the yard and getting ready for winter, it's also a season full of great bargains to upgrade your garden in preparation for next spring. And while the Amazon sale may have ended, I've just found the best deal yet: a gorgeous trellis that is currently 72% off at Wayfair.

If you have a cottage garden or want to implement a more romantic feel in your yard, this Wayfair white trellis is the perfect fit. It measures 28x66 inches, offering plenty of growing room to support climbing plants. It features a classic grid-style trellis with a white finish that instantly evokes images of quaint English gardens and bloom-filled borders. The best part? It's on sale for just $33.99, down from $122.99.

The quality of the trellis makes it a worthy investment, constructed from weather-proof PVC which buyers note even 'stayed in place through hurricane Beryl.' It's no wonder this Wayfair white trellis has a 4.6 star rating. I don't expect stock to last long at all, so I'm getting my order in now.

What the reviews say

There are over 600 reviews about this Wayfair white trellis, all of which rave about its quality, durability, and the beauty it brings to gardens.

'I live in Arizona. I have had these trellises for a couple of years now, placed against my block walls around my yard,' one reviewer says. 'Plastic things tend to fade and warp in our summer heat/sun. Not these! No warping, no cracking, no fading or peeling. They are in the same shape as they were when I first put them in,' they add.

As a climbing plant support, this Wayfair white trellis seems to meet the needs of several types of plants:

'Held up well to tomatoes and green beans, one season down they still look good,' a happy buyer shares.

'Love this for my honeysuckle vine, holds up great in the yard and with irrigation spraying,' another person writes.

Reviewers also note assembly is straightforward: 'The instructions were clear and it only took 15 minutes,' one buyer says.

Although, some shoppers say it is a little bit fiddly to put together: 'The only negative comment I have is that the PVC was not milled properly so sliding pieces into each other was difficult but finally doable,' one person writes.

While this can be an annoying experience, especially when paying the steeper full price, buyers have been able to assemble the trellis successfully and when mounted, it has stood the test of time and is able to support varying weights of plants.

For just $33, I'm not wasting any time to add this trellis to my basket and start planning my new vertical garden.

A trellis serves more purpose than a support for the best evergreen climbers. It can also provide a structure to garden screening and be used to create garden zones in the yard.

They can be placed against garden walls to create a floral living wall, or around a seating area on a patio to create some privacy.

You can even create a vegetable garden trellis, making an edible vertical spectacle in your yard.

Whatever vision you have for your outdoor space, this Wayfair white trellis is the perfect component to make it a reality.
