There are few alternatives to PFAS-based non-stick cookware quite like ceramic. It offers the slick, easy-release surface home cooks love without relying on PFAS, but that convenience can come with a trade-off: Ceramic coatings are just as prone to chipping and scratching.

Enter the new Ninja NeverQuit Cookware. Promising twice the durability of standard ceramic non-stick, alongside dishwasher-and metal-utensil-safe construction and a PFAS-free coating, it could be one of the toughest non-stick, non-toxic cookware sets yet.

And, admittedly, there’s another reason I’m intrigued. It’s seriously good-looking. Available in five timeless shades, this is cookware you won’t mind leaving on the stovetop. Here’s why I’m so excited to get my hands on it.

We have reviewed Ninja Ceramic cookware before and loved how easy it is to use, the sleek design, and its affordability. Our only complaint was how delicate ceramic could be.

Now, the NeverQuit set is fixing past wrongs with ceramic twice as durable, creating pans that are built to last, not be replaced. They're putting their money where their mouth is with a three-year guarantee on the non-stick ceramic coating itself, something I have never seen on a ceramic pan before. They use 'NeverChip' coatings, meaning you can stack and store your pans without the fear of them scratching, while remaining truly non-toxic, with no PFAS, PTFEs, PFOAS, lead or cadmium.

In theory, you can scrape it with metal utensils, scrub it in the sink (or shove it in the dishwasher), and cook with it in the oven without obsessing over the finer details of how to clean and care for your cookware – and these are all things I will put to the test when I come to review them for myself.

It is also a blessing for my small kitchen. Pan sets usually overwhelm my limited kitchen storage, but the fold-flat lid handles and nesting design mean I will be able to slot them all onto my shelving without a second thought.

If I needed to, however, I'd happily leave this set on my stovetop. Launching in Chai Pink, Iceland Blue, Nautical Maple Blue, Stone and Gold, Stone Mountain Green, and White Gold, there is a hue to suit every kitchen design. Honestly, I have never been more excited for a pan collection release before.
