I'm a home tech editor, and I always used to put off cleaning my sofas until I started using this tiny handheld vacuum (which is now on sale)
This simple but powerful handheld vacuum from Black+Decker has transformed my living room

Although I'm a self-professed clean freak, I always used to put off cleaning my sofas. Grabbing the vacuum cleaner every time crumbs spill just seemed like too much of a task when I could easily wipe them onto the floor (don't judge me).
Then, I tested the Black+Decker Dustbuster Furbuster AdvanceClean+. It's the best handheld vacuum we've tested, and I love how easily it cleans dirt, crumbs and even hair in seconds. With its handy charging dock, it's now always right next to me whenever the slightest mess appears, and my living room has never looked cleaner.
Right now the Black+Decker dustbuster furbuster is on offer at Amazon for just $92.99. I've spent more than 200 hours testing vacuum cleaners, and of all the Memorial Day sales that are now in full swing, you won't get a better handheld vacuum at this price. You won't want to miss out on this game-changing cleaner.
Black+Decker dustbuster furbuster AdvanceClean+ | was $128.46, now $92.99 at Amazon (save 28%)
With a motorized attachment for deep cleaning floors and upholstery, surprisingly high suction, and a power boost mode for stubborn messes, this handheld vacuum is the ideal helper for keeping your home consistently clean.

How does the Black+Decker dustbuster furbuster AdvanceClean+ Pet help?
The Black+Decker dustbuster furbuster AdvanceClean+ completely cleaned a thick rug that was covered in dog hair.
By keeping a handheld vacuum nearby, and always on its tiny charging dock, I can clean up messes as soon as they appear. Whenever I see a clump of cat fur or a crumb spillage, I reach for the Black+Decker dustbuster furbuster and the mess is gone a moment later.
Vacuuming frequently is one of the key things people with clean upholstery always do. It's also one of the most recommended tips from professional cleaners on vacuuming pet hair the right way.
This is down to the simple fact that sofas and upholstery are cleaner when they stay clean, and avoid any dirt building up. The same goes for fur, as even the best vacuums for pet hair can struggle when dealing with too much.
But you still need a vacuum that's able to clean messes quickly and effectively, and as we've learned from testing 71 of the best vacuum cleaners, some are better than others. There can even be drastic differences between two vacuums that cost the same.
I love the Black+Decker Dustbuster Furbuster AdvanceClean+ Pet because its suction is as strong as many of the best cordless vacuums that have much larger motors. On sofas, upholstery, and even carpet, the Black+Decker is able to pull all kinds of dirt similarly to a full-sized vacuum. It also has two suction modes, so for any stubborn messes you can turn on the power boost.
And as it has a motorized attachment, it can actually vacuum pet hair from stubborn fabrics. I tested it in a local pet shelter and it was able to clean a rug that was covered in pet hair after not being cleaned for weeks. By the end of the session, the dustbin had completely filled with cat and dog hair.
Putting its excellent cleaning performance aside, this is just an easy vacuum to keep nearby. The vacuum and charging dock take up hardly any space at 6.3 x 3.15 inches and it's one of the best lightweight vacuums we've tested, weighing only 4.3 pounds. That's about as heavy as a cookbook.
This convenience is why this vacuum is such a savior. No longer do I have to grab my larger Dyson V15 Detect from storage and swap out the attachments to make it handheld every time I see mess. The Black+Decker stays in the living room where I spend my time and means that my precious space is always clean.

More options
The Black+Decker dustbuster furbuster AdvanceClean+ has transformed how easily I clean my sofas and living room, but it's not the only option out there. We've also tested and loved these vacuums.
Handheld pick
You can save further by instead choosing this handheld vacuum from Brigii. It still provides that quick convenience but it isn't as equipped as the Black+Decker. It doesn't have a charging dock, motorized attachment or power boost mode.

Budget cordless
For only $40 more you could buy our favorite budget cordless vacuum, the Ultenic U16 Flex. It can do everything the Black+Decker can do, but it's a full-sized vacuum that can be turned into a handheld vacuum by detaching the wand. It's not the best on carpets, but for hard floors and upholstery this is a great, money-saving choice. It also has a green laser like many of the best Dyson vacuums.

Strong suction
I'm currently testing the Dyson Car+Boat. It's more expensive than other handheld vacuums out there, but its higher suction (115 air watts) and longer battery life (50 minutes) make it a more worthwhile choice.
