If You're Fed Up of Never-Ending Pet Hair at Home, This eufy Robot Vacuum Is the Tried-and-Tested Fix That Pet Owners Can't Live Without – It's Discounted by $800 Right Now
The eufy Omni S1 Pro never wraps with hair, and this is the lowest price it's ever been
In my mission to hunt down the most effective pet hair cleaners, I test vacuums, have visited engineering labs, and speak regularly to industry experts about how to get stubborn fur off our floors.
But perhaps most surprisingly, I've also spoken to dozens of pet owners to find out their tried-and-tested methods for staying on top of pet hair, and one answer reigned supreme: A robot vacuum cleaner.
These nimble devices vacuum as often as multiple times a day, pulling up hair and preventing it from building up or settling into carpets. The eufy Omni S1 Pro, discounted right now by a huge $800, is the best robot vacuum we've tested on pet hair, and you'll be amazed at how much time it frees up.
eufy Omni S1 Pro | was $1,499.99, now $699.99 at eufy (save $800)
The eufy Omni S1 Pro banishes pet hair from carpets, rugs, and hard floors, unlike any other robot vacuum we've tested, and its formidable roller hasn't wrapped with hair in the 12 months we've been using it.

The eufy Omni S1 Pro Is Your Answer to Beat the Never-Ending Pet Hair Cleanup
Thanks to its strong suction, anti-tangle roller, and confident navigation, the eufy Omni S1 Pro is the best robot vacuum for pet hair that we've tested. It was so thorough that it reduced our tester's manual vacuuming time by an incredible 90%.
Punteha van Terheyden, tester and Head of Solved at Homes & Gardens, still uses the Omni S1 Pro in her home over a year later, as it's so effective. She lives with her family, and two shedding cats, and the eufy robot vacuum has been transformative when dealing with the constant buildup of hair.
'It's still as powerful, even after a year of use and multiple rounds of maintenance,' Punteha told me, adding, 'It's so rare for me to see pet hair on my floors now, as I set it to run once or twice a day, and I've never had to cut hair out of the roller.'
What really surprised her was how strong its cleaning performance is compared to the full-sized canister vacuums her family had been using for years.
'It leaves nothing on hard floors when it comes to pet hair and dust and picks up much more than any canister vacuum I've owned when tested on carpet,' she mentioned in the eufy Omni S1 Pro review.
To have this level of cleaning performance in something that requires such little effort is revolutionary – no more running the vacuum over the same spot over and over, trying to vacuum the pet hair away. Instead, let a futuristic robot take care of it for you, with your only task being to empty the cleaning station every month or two (and empty and refill the water tanks if you're activating the mop).
And while you're cleaning up after pets, it's not just the fur that's hard to clean; it's also the muddy pawprints, the stains, and the general grime they leave behind.
What makes the eufy Omni S1 Pro so great at dealing with this mess, too, is that the mop uses a specialized cleaning solution that targets odors and stains, is safe for pets to walk on, and dries within a few minutes.
This, really, is how to achieve a home with floors that are so spotless, you can walk around barefoot. And to have that option while living with pets is nothing short of a technological miracle.
The eufy Omni S1 Pro has also never been more affordable than this. We tested it when it first came out, and even at its full, $1499.99 price, we thought it was worth every cent. Now, it's $800 cheaper – less than half the retail price – and we couldn't recommend it more.
The eufy app is straightforward to use, too. You can set schedules, whether a few times a week or twice a day, and you can set no-go zones for areas that are too fiddly for the robot to clean, like behind the TV where there are lots of cables, for example.
And when it comes to essential maintenance, Punteha loves how easy it is. 'The app alerts you to what needs doing and gives a step by step instruction list, with graphics that move to show you which part to look for, remove, and clean,' she says. 'It's fantastic.'
The eufy Omni S1 Pro is available for $699.99, its lowest price ever, for a limited time.

The Yeedi S14 Plus has higher suction than the eufy, but its roller isn't quite as good at picking up pet hair. But right now, it's on offer for $180 cheaper than the eufy Omni S1 Pro.

Bringing all of your cleaning gadgets into one streamlined package, the 3-in-1 E20 has a small handheld vacuum that detaches from underneath the robot vacuum. You can then attach the wand to turn it into a full-sized cordless vacuum, meaning you can also vacuum hair from sofas and furniture.

Or, our favorite handheld vacuum for cleaning hair from furniture is this affordable Black+Decker model. I tested it in a cat and dog shelter, and it was fantastic at getting fur from every surface, even thick rugs.

Unlike the Shark POWERDETECT that relies on a power cord, this Dyson is one of our all-time favorites for cordless convenience, with flawless suction that picks everything up in one or two passes. Plus, it has a green laser that reveals hair and dust you can't see, so you can know when the floor is truly spotless.

One of the most advanced on the market, the Roborock Saros Z70 does what no other robot vacuum does: Tidies up for you. Using a mechanical arm, it picks up objects and places them in set locations around the house, like the laundry basket or waste can.
