KitchenAid has launched its chicest stand mixer to date – it's selling out fast but we have found where to shop it (if you are quick)
The new stand mixer design unites forest green hues, a walnut wood mixing bowl, and plenty of cozy fall vibes
KitchenAid has just unveiled its 2024 Design Series Mixer, and I’m absolutely obsessed.
You’re probably familiar with their best stand mixer, available in vibrant shades like candy pink, mint, and retro red, paired with the classic stainless steel bowl. However, with this latest release, KitchenAid has taken a bold step into ‘natural luxury,’ reimagining its timeless design with a chic new look.
KitchenAid's new mixer is a deep forest green hue with brass-coated hub covers and glossy green knobs – a beautiful contrast to the matte finish. A rustic, walnut wood bowl replaces the traditional stainless steel.
KitchenAid say each bowl will be 'one-of-a-kind', due to the distinctive grain pattern. The final touch is the delicate leaf illustration on the hub cover, bringing a truly artisanal 'hand-crafted' feel to this powerful appliance. It could be the perfect way to update your kitchen for fall.

The design is already receiving rave reviews on social media, with comments like, 'I’ve never seen something so beautiful' and 'Adding to my wedding registry immediately.' Some even noted its resemblance to the trending ‘Italian kitchen decor,’ thanks to the mixer’s warm wood and olive tones.
Where can I buy the new KitchenAid mixer?
It's already out of stock at KitchenAid USA, hardly surprising since this is potentially the chicest stand mixer on the market right now. It's available at Williams Sonoma and KitchenAid UK – but I have a feeling it's going to sell out fast!
KitchenAid 2024 Design Series Evergreen Tilt-Head Stand Mixer
Retailing at $699.99, the new KitchenAid stand mixer is a statement piece in any kitchen. Don't let looks deceive you – it's a real workhorse with 10 speed settings to effortlessly mix cake batter, whipped cream and dough.
KitchenAid's new design is certainly on the expensive side, but the wide range of mixer attachments you can tack on (pasta makers, meat grinders and ice cream churners) adds exceptional value. It's no wonder the Artisan mixer was voted our best stand mixer of 2024.

When it comes to durability, KitchenAid's die-cast metal construction means it's solid, sturdy and built to last. However, like many naturally luxurious pieces, the walnut wood bowl will require some TLC. KitchenAid say, 'Regular seasoning of the bowl with food-safe wood conditioners will maintain its natural beauty and durability.' I can’t wait to test it out soon and update you with a full review.
Alternative stand mixers
If KitchenAid's evergreen mixer and walnut wooden bowl are just a little too pricey, you can't go wrong with the classic Artisan design. If you're still looking for a statement design, we love the Smeg model (and its affordable price tag). Or if you're looking to level up on luxury, the Wolf mixer is an exceptional machine.
The classic, American-made stand mixer is available in a variety of colors to match your kitchen. It has the same power and functionality as KitchenAid's new evergreen model, but at a much more affordable price point.
While this mixer is even more expensive than a KitchenAid, you really do get what you pay for. This machine comes with a professional-grade stainless steel bowl and baking accessories.
This mixer marries the retro charm of old-school baking with all the modern conveniences, such as variable speed settings and anti-tip technology.
