We all love having the latest gadgets in our homes, but the inevitable tangled cords on countertops aren't the most delightful of additions. Keep your new kitchen gadgets and give your worktops some breathing space by going wireless, with the KitchenAid Cordless Collection.

Launching on 16th November, this sparkling new offering from the classic appliance brand was developed to give you more freedom in your home, so you're not tied to spots with electrical outlets, or having to hastily rearrange bottles of oil so they won't get knocked by the cord.

'We’re extremely excited to introduce the KitchenAid Cordless Collection,' says  Simon Langley, Marketing Manager UK & Ireland, KitchenAid. 'Delivering all the power you expect from KitchenAid, but with the cordless freedom so makers can prep wherever they like.'

As well as making food prep simpler, you can say goodbye to unsightly cords, and your countertops will never have been cleaner as you won't have to lift and move every electrical wire to give the area a proper scrub.

The KitchenAid cordless range is launching with three of their most used everyday appliances - a 5-Cup Chopper, a 7-Speed Hand Mixer and two versions of their Hand Blender. All the gadgets come in a choice of two classic KitchenAid colorways - Black Matte and Empire Red.

Each of these three offerings works with the exact same charger, so you don't have to worry about rummaging in that drawer for the right plug. For a full charge, each of the appliances will take a maximum of two hours, but there's also a quick charge option where they could be ready to go in as little as 10 minutes.

The KitchenAid Cordless Hand Mixer, can make up to 200 cookies on a single charge, and features seven speeds from slow stirring to high speeds. Another cleanliness plus - it's designed to stand up by itself, meaning the beaters don't need to be rested on a bowl to prevent dripping on the counter.

Both of the KitchenAid Cordless Hand Blenders (the 5KHBBV53 and the 5KHBBV83) can blend up to an impressive 25 bowls of soup without needing a recharge. They also boast a four-point stainless steel blades for perfect blending. The 5KHBBV83 has all the functions of the other, but comes with whisk and chopper attachments, as well as a 1L lidded jug; perfect if you want a small, do-it-all appliance.

Finally, the KitchenAid Cordless Chopper can chop up to 40 onions when fully charged. A great gadget for mixing, chopping and pureeing, it also comes with a useful whisk accessory.
