Amazon Prime Day is one of the most hyped sales events of the year. Despite being just a two-date event it's one really worth jumping on. Amazon slashes the prices across almost the whole site and across every category – appliances, home decor, kitchenware, bedding, mattresses, and more. If you have been waiting for the right moment to tick some home upgrades off your list now is the time to do so.

Amazon Prime Day has ended, with the brand closing the sale event at 11.59pm 17th July. However, our Amazon Prime Day sales is still filled with deals that are live right now – as we predicted there are still deals to be had post Amazon Prime Day.

When does Amazon Prime Day end?

Amazon Prime Day only lasts for 48 hours and it ended at 11.59pm on July 17th. However, if you missed out, these are the best deals that are still happening right now – be quick, we can't promise how long they will stick around for.

Dyson Omni-Glide Cordless Vacuum | Was $349.99, now $285 at Amazon

Dyson Omni-Glide Cordless Vacuum | Was $349.99, now $285 at Amazon

This nifty little vacuum is perfect for super small homes or small messes. It's no bigger than a mop, so it's easy to store, quick to charge, and your arm won't ache from using it. $65 off isn't huge, but it's a good saving on a vacuum that's worth every dollar at full price.

Martha Stewart 100% Cotton Sheet Set | Was $74.89, now $52.60 at Amazon

Martha Stewart 100% Cotton Sheet Set | Was $74.89, now $52.60 at Amazon

Nothing feels better than fresh sheets. Well, actually, one thing does. Fresh sheets that have halved in price overnight. This breathable, durable set is our expert tester, Lucy's favorite. She says it's up to hot summer nights and plenty of washes. It's going out of stock fast though.

Bedsure Comforter Insert | was $41.99, now $23.99 at Amazon

Bedsure Comforter Insert | was $41.99, now $23.99 at Amazon

Made from down alternative, this vegan-friendly comforter is the bedding deal that our experts are seriously excited about. It's available in every size, but we're anticipating stocks running low, especially with a 43% discount.

K-Mini | Was $99.99, now $59.99 at Amazon

K-Mini | Was $99.99, now $59.99 at Amazon

The K-Mini was cheap at full price. At close to half price, it's a steal. Petite and lightweight, it's easy to move around and is available in pink, blue, teal, black, and red. The cord organizer keeps things tidy, so looks-wise, it's faultless.

The amount of water you put in will determine your cup size, with a range from 6 to 12 oz. If you live in a busy home, this can quickly create a queue for coffee, because this can take over two and a half minutes to brew a single cup and it won't be quiet either. I would also caution that the coffee this makes isn't tasty. In fact, the overwhelming sense from reviews is that it's all a bit 'flat'. For those who caffeinate functionally, this is fine. However, if you like specialty coffee, scroll back to the top for your other options.

KitchenAid Artisan Mini Stand Mixer | was $379.99, now $249.99 at Amazon

Right now, there's a reasonable $130 off the price, which certainly makes it one of the best KitchenAid deals that I've seen so far. So, if you want a perfectly compact version of one of the best stand mixers out there, this is one to watch.

Where to shop Amazon Prime Day deals

When is the best time to shop Amazon Prime Day deals?

The best deals usually happen during the event itself, which this year was 16th-17th July, so during those two days would be the obvious time to shop. However, if you missed the event, there are plenty of deals still live on Amazon across all categories. Plus, there are some big sales events coming up in the not so distant future, including Labor Day sales and Black Friday in the fall.

Do you need Amazon Prime to shop the sales?

This year, no, you do not need Amazon Prime to shop Amazon Prime Day. However, if you are signed up you can save on delivery costs, which can add up. Here's where you can sign up for an Amazon Prime account and, if you haven't been a member before, you can get a 30-day free trial so worth signing up for even if it's just for the event.

Is this the only Amazon Prime Day of the year?

Officially, there is only one Amazon Prime Day a year. However, Amazon do run big sales throughout the year that offer equally great deals. There's a second event that has a very similar format to Amazon Prime Day around October time (Amazon have yet to confirm the exact dates) known as Big Deals Day. Amazon of course always get very involved in Black Friday deals too, so there are plenty more opportunities to get a great deal later on in the year if you have missed Amazon Prime Day 2024.

Amazon Prime Day 2024 officially ended on 17th July. However, if you missed out this year there are still plenty of opportunities to shop Amazon deals, and we will be sure to keep you in the loop about them all.
